FUFF nasce con l’obiettivo di dare spazio e visibilità al cinema indipendente e autoprodotto, con l’intento di costruire una piattaforma capace di dare voce a produzioni che non riescono a trovare spazio nei circuiti cinematografici tradizionali. FUFF punta a diventare il festival fiorentino per gli autori emergenti che, pur con budget bassi o inesistenti, sono capaci di dimostrare la loro passione per il cinema.

The FUFF was created with the aim of increasing the spread and visibility of indie and self-produced films. The Festival’s end goal is to create a platform capable of promoting films that would otherwise end up being neglected by the traditional film industry. The FUFF wishes to become the go-to Florentine festival for all those emerging directors who are capable of showing their passion for filmmaking, even if they dispose of low or inexistant budgets.
